I work as one of the charge nurses in the immobile critical care outreach team. Part of my job is looking after deteriorating patients across the site and trying to increase safety. And the other part of my job is caring for people who have recently been discharged from intensive care.

For me, it’s all about getting people back to a version of themselves that they recognize. And it’s the little things that count. How many sugars do they like in their tea? And how up to date are they with Coronation Street?
